An executive assistant that prepares everything and sends nothing without you.
It reads your email and calendar, drafts replies, researches the people you meet and sends you a daily brief. Every email sent and every event changed waits for your approval.
Hi Daniel, Thursday at 10:00 works. I’ll bring last quarter’s order numbers so we can go through the price changes.
One sentence in. Work ready to approve out.
Every weekday at 8:00, brief me on today’s meetings and draft replies to anything urgent.
- A brief on who you are meeting
- Drafted replies, sent only after your OK
- New or moved events proposed for your OK
- Runs on schedule within its budget
The prep work around your day.
Connect Gmail and add an app password to let the assistant search and read your mail. It drafts replies and sends one only after you approve that exact email.
- Gmail search and threads, read-only
- Nothing marked read or deleted
- Each send waits for you
With Google Calendar connected it lists what is coming, prepares a brief on who you are meeting from your notes and public pages, and proposes events for you to approve.
- Google Calendar events and details
- Briefs from your documents and the web
- New or moved events need your OK
Set a rhythm, such as a brief every weekday at 8:00 or a Friday summary, and the assistant runs it on schedule within its budget.
- Daily or weekly routines
- Docs and Sheets it keeps for you
- A calendar of what ran and will run
It works for you, not around you.
Every write waits for you. If anything changes after you approve, it asks again.
Each call reserves its cost first. Monthly and daily caps are hard stops, not alerts.
Credentials are encrypted and never reach the AI, your browser or logs.
- No calls or meetingsIt doesn’t take calls or join meetings; it prepares before and follows up after, in writing.
- No watching your inboxIt reads your mail when a task or routine asks it to, not on every new email.
- No changes to your mailboxIt can’t delete, archive or mark your mail read.
- No sending without youEvery email and calendar change waits for your OK, unless you add a standing approval.
