Free and Paid
Royak has two plans. Free is permanent, not a trial. Paid is $20 a month, or $192 a year, for running a business. Approvals, budgets and pause are the same on both.

Both plans include the 3D office, Chat, goals and planning, approvals, budgets, pause and stop, full history, knowledge search and CSV export. Large-scale list work means big lead lists and outbound campaigns that a goal’s plan runs in the background.
See your plan#
Settings → Billing shows your plan, the credits left this month and when they renew, and each plan limit with how much of it you use. A bar turns to the warning colour from 80%. See Billing.
Reaching a plan limit#
Reaching a limit refuses only the new thing, such as a fourth active employee or a fourth connected app on Free. Nothing that exists stops. Work beyond the running limit doesn’t fail: it waits its turn and starts when room frees.
The refusal names the limit and offers Upgrade to Paid beside a free way out, such as Pause someone, See routines or See connections.
Upgrade to Paid#

Select Upgrade to Paid
From the plan card at the foot of the rail, your account menu, Settings → Billing, or the button beside any limit you reach.

Check what changes
The sheet shows why you’re here, Free against Paid, and the price: $20 a month, or $192 a year.

Pay
Enter your card in Dodo Payments’ form inside the sheet. It shows the total with any tax for your country, then Upgrade and pay.

Carry on
“You’re on Paid” lists what is unlocked now. If a limit sent you here, Continue finishes what you were doing.
Card details go straight to Dodo Payments; Royak never sees them. If your bank declines the card, nothing is charged, you stay on Free, and Try again opens a new form.

Moving back to Free#
Select Cancel plan in Settings → Billing. You keep Paid to the end of the period you paid for, and Keep Paid undoes the cancellation until then. Then every company you own moves to Free.
Nothing is removed and nothing that exists stops: no company, member, employee, routine or file. Past Free’s limits, new things are refused until you make room, for example by deactivating employees once their work is done.
Questions#
Is Free a trial?
No. Free is a permanent plan, so there is nothing to cancel if you stay on it.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes: $192 a year. On Paid, Switch to yearly in Billing shows what it charges today first.
Do the people I invite need a plan?
No. Members work in your company under your plan. Seats count everyone, you included: one on Free, 10 on Paid.
Are approvals and budgets limited on Free?
No. Approvals, budgets, pause and history are the same on both plans.
Do I need my own AI key on Paid?
No. Paid includes 2,000 credits a month. Add a key to choose a specific model, or to keep working once credits run out.
