How you sign in, how Royak keeps your keys and data safe, and how each company is kept apart.

On this page

Signing in#

  • Continue with Google, your email and password, or Email me a sign-in link instead. Sign-in links work once and expire in one hour.
  • A new account confirms its email with a 6-digit code, which expires in one hour.
  • Passwords have at least 12 characters and can’t be your name or email.
  • You stay signed in for 30 days after you last used Royak.

Reset your password#

  1. 1

    Ask for a link

On the sign-in page select Forgot password?, enter your email and Send reset link.

  2. 2

    Open the email

The link works once, for one hour. Nothing arrived? Check spam, or Resend link after a minute.

  3. 3

    Choose a new password

Enter it twice, then Change password.

CarefulChanging your password signs you out everywhere else.

Your keys and data#

  • AI keys and app credentials are encrypted and never shown again after saving. They never reach an AI model, the browser your employees use, or our logs.
  • Every company’s records, files, searches and background work are kept apart from every other company’s.
  • Your role is checked on the server on every request, so a member sees and decides only what their role allows.
  • Each web browsing session starts fresh, signed in to nothing.
  • What an employee reads from outside, such as a web page or an email, never grants it anything: every write still asks you.

Coming later#

NoteChanging your email, passkeys, two-step verification, managing other sessions and API keys are not available yet. Settings → Security shows what is set today.

Questions#

Can Royak staff see my AI key?

No. A key is encrypted when you save it, is never shown again, and is used only to call your provider.

How do I sign out of other devices?

Changing your password signs you out everywhere else. Managing sessions one by one comes later.

My sign-in link doesn’t work.

Links work once and for one hour. Select Email me a new link, or sign in with your password or Google. See Troubleshooting.
