Your name, your email and how the app looks for you, plus where notifications reach you.

Profile#

In Settings → Profile, change the Name shown in the rail and account menu in every company, then Save changes. Your Email is the one you sign in with, marked Verified; it can’t be changed here yet.

Under Preferences, Dark mode is on by default. Turn it off for the light theme; it applies at once, in this browser.

Notifications#

Everything that needs you arrives in your Inbox, inside Royak, and the rail’s Inbox shows how many things wait.

Settings → Notifications shows the alerts that will be offered, such as an employee asking for approval or a question, a task failing, spending reaching a limit and a connection that stops working. Today each arrives In app, in the Inbox.

NoteEmail and phone notifications, daily summaries, the weekly spend report and quiet hours are not available yet. Nothing on that tab can be changed.

In the Inbox, Notification settings has one switch: Reminders your employees and the chat set. Your own reminders, and everything that needs you, always arrive.

Help and shortcuts#

The Help button (a bug) beside your name at the foot of the rail opens Report a problem, Keyboard shortcuts and Join the Discord. Press ? anywhere outside a field for the shortcuts, or see Keyboard shortcuts.
